My responsibilities consist of handling all aspects related to property management, including occupancy checks, rekeys, cash-for-keys coordination, utility transfers, HOA compliance, pest/HVAC inspections, repair coordination and weekly inspections for all our vacant properties. As a source of support for broker and agents in our office, I also assist with marketing and MLS compliance, and act as transaction coordinator for pending transactions.

As a full-charge bookkeeper, I am also responsible for all company disbursements and REO expense reimbursements. This is achieved effectively by updating all clients on a regular basis via prompt task completion through appropriate portals.

My previous career as a Senior Escrow Officer spanned 26 years, during which time I was a top producer for Alliance Title several years in a row, and maintained a membership with the California Escrow Association. I have written and implemented several procedural manuals for title companies and taught classes on escrow procedure and accounting. This expertise allows me to effectively communicate with principals regarding language, standards and compliance. With my contacts and resource material, lien matters, HOA and title/escrow issues are resolved very quickly.

I have held a California Notary Public commission since 1984.
